August 5 & 6, 2023 Living History Event Schedule

On-going: Trapper cabin, Council House, laundresses, blacksmith, tinsmith, spinning/weaving, bake oven, etc.   Gun will be fired at 10, noon & 4:00 (at least).

Speaker, Nancy Gillis will present a program “The Five Tribes of Nebraska” on August 5 & 6 at 1 PM at Ft. Atkinson Harold W. Andersen Visitor Center. In her presentation she looks at the origins, history, and current state of the Omaha, Ponca, Pawnee, Santee and Winnebago.
